Ariès Annual Breeders Showcase - Equus Sims RPG

A glance of sunlight fell through the green leaves of the trees. A young boy enjoying an ice cream on a warm spring day standing next to the big show ring. Horses came and went doing their rounds in the arena while the commentator talked stuff about the horses seen. Lots of horses in different colours. But as time passed by they all looked the same. Beautiful same looking kind-a-boring horses. The boy just ate his last bite of ice cream as something changed. The floor seemed to shake waking the boy from his stupor. In shock he looked around until he found the perpetrator of his rude awakening. "Mommy! Look at that huuuuge horsey!!" he screamed in excitement as a beautiful giant grey stallion pranced into the arena. His mane and tail braided beautifully and decorated with ribbons in blue and white shaking with each and every one of his movements. Fascinating the boy with his strong movement shaking the ground and only stopping with the stallion. A woman, tiny in comparison to the horse, calmly commanded the stallion to stand. Gentle and curios the stallion looked around with a little flare of his nostrils. "We welcome the Shire Horse stallion Wolfsbanes Sir Henry in our arena. A Giant of a horse measuring an impressive 20 hands high. But don't worry he is a gentle giant..." As the commentator kept droning on about the horse. The stallion stood calm and curious on the sand, sometimes nudging his handler carefully, as if asking 'Hey, what now? Can we go or do we have to stay?' "So I think this is enough please give a last applause to our gentle giant Wolfsbanes Sir Henry!", and as his little handler started moving, Henry moved again in his prancing trot, doing one last round and then leaving the ring. The boy only stared as the gentle giant slowly disappeared in the crowd.
